2. Hosting<\/h2>\n

The store is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Stra\u00dfe 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. Server logs may include IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and status. Processing ensures secure delivery of the site under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The host generally retains web server logs for 14 days for security.<\/p>\n

3. Cookies and consent<\/h2>\n

Necessary cookies and local storage keep the basket, inquiry basket, language, login and security functions working. The legal bases are section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Non-essential services require consent. Complianz records and manages consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) and (c) GDPR.<\/p>\n

4. WooCommerce orders<\/h2>\n

WordPress and WooCommerce process name, company, billing and shipping address, email, optional phone number, products, prices, shipping and payment choice, order status, IP address and timestamps to prepare and perform contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n

5. Customer accounts<\/h2>\n

A voluntary customer account stores the email address, login identifier, protected password value, saved addresses and linked orders under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may request account deletion; order records remain where statutory retention or legal claims require this.<\/p>\n

6. Inquiries and withdrawal<\/h2>\n

The inquiry basket, contact channels and withdrawal manager process the details you provide, including contact details, messages, products and order references. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual and contractual communication; Art. 6(1)(f) applies to other inquiries and documentation; legal declarations may also be retained under Art. 6(1)(c) and (f).<\/p>\n

7. PayPal<\/h2>\n

PayPal is technically prepared but will only be offered after the business account is connected. If selected, required billing, delivery, order and transaction data is sent to PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22\u201324 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. PayPal acts independently for payment, identity checks, fraud prevention and legal duties. See the PayPal privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

8. Shipping, language and recipients<\/h2>\n

Required delivery data is sent to the selected carrier, in particular DHL, GLS or a freight carrier, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. WPML may store a necessary language cookie under section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Other recipients are limited to providers needed for hosting, shop operation, payment, delivery, communication, tax advice and support, or public authorities where required.<\/p>\n

9. Retention and rights<\/h2>\n

Data is retained only for its purpose and statutory commercial and tax periods. You may have rights under Articles 15\u201321 GDPR to access, correct, erase, restrict, transfer or object, and may withdraw consent for the future. Complaints may be lodged with the Bavarian Data Protection Authority, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de<\/a>.<\/p>\n
