Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins when you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods; for separately delivered goods, the last item; and for multiple parts, the last part.<\/p>\n

Effects of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

We will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal. Extra costs for another delivery method are not reimbursed. We use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise and charge no fee. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.<\/p>\n

Return parcel-shippable goods within fourteen days to: ToolParts-Service Christian Satter, Zur Marter 7, 91580 Petersaurach, Germany<\/strong>. You bear the direct parcel return costs. We collect non-parcel goods and bear their direct return costs. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.<\/p>\n

Exclusion<\/h2>\n

The right does not apply in particular to non-prefabricated goods made to a consumer\u2019s individual selection or clearly personalised needs.<\/p>\n
