Statutory legal guarantee<\/h2>\n

Consumers benefit from statutory rights for defects against us as the seller. These rights are separate from voluntary service or statements made by a producer.<\/p>\n

Before subsequent performance, consumers are informed about the statutory choice between repair and replacement. If repair is chosen, the limitation period for defect claims is extended once by twelve months. Section 377 HGB and our Terms additionally apply to business customers.<\/p>\n

Right to repair<\/h2>\n

The separate European right to repair outside the legal guarantee does not apply to every product. It applies only to product groups subject to European reparability requirements. The producer is normally responsible; where the producer is outside the EU, an authorised representative, importer or distributor may become responsible in that order.<\/p>\n

Where a product is covered, the supplied repair information is displayed for that product. This may include the responsible party, a freely accessible repair page, indicative prices for typical repairs, spare-parts ordering and known repair restrictions.<\/p>\n

No voluntary JetTools.de guarantee<\/h2>\n

JetTools.de \/ ToolParts-Group \/ ToolParts-Service does not provide an additional voluntary guarantee. We generally do not promote voluntary manufacturer guarantees as a selling feature. Statutory rights are not excluded or limited.<\/p>\n

From 27 September 2026, a producer\u2019s free commercial guarantee of durability covering the entire product for more than two years must be identified using the EU GARAN label where the producer makes that information available to the seller. This mandatory label is not a JetTools.de guarantee. Other guarantee types must not use the GARAN label.<\/p>\n
