The German text is authoritative.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This information applies to consumers and business customers insofar as mandatory law, product-specific information or an individual agreement does not take precedence.<\/p>\n<h2>Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>For DHL parcels, DHL normally sends the Track ID and tracking link directly to the recipient by email. JetTools.de does not send a duplicate automatic tracking email.<\/p>\n<h2>Freight delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Unless stated otherwise on the product page, in checkout, the offer or order confirmation, freight delivery is kerbside only, without carrying the goods into a building or to the installation point, and on a one-way pallet.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping and packaging charges<\/h2>\n<p>Displayed charges may include freight, packaging, packaging participation or licence, staff and warehouse costs, import costs and order-related ancillary costs. The applicable total is shown before the order or in the individual offer.<\/p>\n<h2>Partial and subsequent deliveries<\/h2>\n<p>We may make reasonable partial deliveries. Shipping and packaging are charged only once per order. Subsequent deliveries from that order are sent without an additional shipping charge.<\/p>\n<h2>Special-order items<\/h2>\n<p>Special-order items are identified on the product page and before the order. For business customers, cancellation, exchange and voluntary return are excluded after our confirmation and release of direct procurement or production. For consumers, the statutory withdrawal right is excluded only where the legal requirements for goods genuinely made to customer specifications or clearly personalised are met. Merely ordering or importing a standard item is not sufficient. Statutory defect rights always remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<h2>International road transport<\/h2>\n<p>The CMR applies to cross-border road carriage where its scope is met.<\/p>\n<h2>Packaging participation<\/h2>\n<p>Our German LUCID registration is <strong>DE4616579788193<\/strong>. For packaging placed on the Austrian market, we are registered or participate through <strong>European Recycling Platform (ERP) Austria GmbH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Returns and inspection<\/h2>\n<p>All returned goods are inspected and documented on receipt. Depending on the item, we check the item number and identity, completeness, serial numbers and labels, packaging condition, installation and use traces, function and visible transport damage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consumers:<\/strong> A valid withdrawal right does not end merely because an electrical or electronic component was installed. If it was installed, connected, energised or used beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the specifically demonstrated loss in value may be deducted where the statutory requirements are met. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business customers:<\/strong> Electrical and electronic components are generally excluded from voluntary return.
