It is intended for sawing wood and wood-based materials, and metal must not be cut. The sliding mechanism also allows wider boards and panels to be cut to length.<\/p>\n<p>The 230 V motor with an input power of 1500 W drives the 254 \u00d7 2.8 \u00d7 30 mm blade at 4500 rpm and is fitted with a brake. The cutting height is 90 \/ 42 mm and the cutting length 305 \/ 215 mm at 90\u00b0 \/ 45\u00b0. The saw head tilts 0\u00b0 \u2013 45\u00b0 to the left, and the turntable allows mitres up to 45\u00b0 \/ 45\u00b0 left \/ right with detents at 0\u00b0 \/ 15\u00b0 \/ 22.5\u00b0 \/ 30\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>An XACTA laser indicates the cutting line, and the spindle lock makes blade changes easier. The die-cast aluminium construction keeps the weight at 18 kg.
