It works as a total-loss system and is intended exclusively for external lubrication in cutting and forming processes \u2013 as original equipment or for retrofitting on machines with an existing coolant supply.<\/p>\n<p>Using the Venturi principle, compressed air atomises the low-viscosity coolant into mist. Air and coolant quantities are set via needle valves. Air and lubricant are switched on and off manually via ball valves. The system requires no electrical connection, only compressed air.<\/p>\n<p>The PE reservoir holds 1.5 l, lubricant consumption is 0\u2013100 ml\/h. At operating pressure from 3 bar, up to 6 bar for a finer mist the system uses 50\u201380 l\/min of air depending on the nozzle setting, the compressed air connection is 6 mm. The weight is 2 kg.<\/p>\n<p>The system is supplied fully assembled and ready for operation with coolant reservoir including suction filter, approx. 3 m connecting hose and spray head with needle valve and flexibly adjustable nozzle.
