It delivers lubricant directly to the friction point between tool and workpiece and is suitable for engraving, drilling, turning, milling and sawing machines \u2013 as original equipment or for retrofitting on machines with an existing coolant supply.<\/p>\n<p>Lubricant and air remain separate up to the nozzle and are metered via needle valves. The reservoir pressure is set via a hand valve to 0.3\u20131.5 bar depending on viscosity. Air and lubricant are switched manually via ball valves, no electrical connection is required. The system can optionally be expanded with a V-distributor, double nozzle or saw lubrication.<\/p>\n<p>The PE reservoir holds 1.5 l, consumption is 0\u2013100 ml\/h with an air consumption of 25\u201350 l\/min. The inlet pressure is min. 2.5 bar to max. 8 bar, the operating pressure max. 2 bar. The system has 1\u20132 outlets, a 6 mm compressed air connection and weighs 3 kg.<\/p>\n<p>The DYNACUT MDM is supplied with operating manual.
