Like all systems of the MDA series, it works as droplet lubrication with a coaxial spray nozzle for external lubrication in cutting and forming processes, especially for aluminium machining.<\/p>\n<p>Lubricant and air remain separate up to the nozzle and are metered via needle valves. The reservoir pressure is set via a hand valve to 0.3\u20131.5 bar depending on viscosity. Air and lubricant are switched via solenoid valves, electric control is possible for example via the CNC. The valves are available for 230 V AC, 24 V AC or 24 V DC.<\/p>\n<p>The unit is made entirely of aluminium, the capacity is 2.0 l, consumption is 0\u2013100 ml\/h with an air consumption of 25\u201350 l\/min per outlet. The inlet pressure is min. 2.5 bar to max. 8 bar, the operating pressure max. 2 bar. The system has 1\u20132 outlets, a 6 mm compressed air connection and weighs 4.5 kg.<\/p>\n<p>The DYNACUT MDA-LS is supplied with mixing head at the reservoir, Short V-nozzle for band and circular saws and operating manual.
