The complete pump system with coaxial spray nozzle and all-aluminium housing is used for external lubrication in milling, turning and drilling and delivers lubricant directly to the friction point between tool and workpiece.<\/p>\n<p>A pneumatically driven piston pump with pneumatic pulse generator delivers the lubricant: an air pulse pushes the piston forward, a spring returns it. Delivery is infinitely adjusted via the stroke frequency of 5\u2013100 strokes\/min and the adjustable piston stroke, the air quantity at the nozzle tip via a needle valve. As standard, control is via ball valve and compressed air connection, optionally via solenoid valve (24 V DC, alternatively 110 \/ 230 V AC), roller lever valve, hand slide valve or foot pedal.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery is 0.12\u201339.00 mm\u00b3 per piston stroke for lubricants up to 600 cSt with a droplet size of approx. 15\u201335 \u00b5m. The reservoir holds 2.0 l, compressed air may be max. 6 bar. Measuring 161 \u00d7 165 \u00d7 400 mm with an empty weight of max. 10 kg, the system is designed for an operating temperature of 0\u201340 \u00b0C. Level monitoring is available as an option.<\/p>\n<p>The DYNACUT MSA-SV is supplied with operating manual.
