The compact piston pump system is used for external lubrication in milling, turning, drilling and sawing and delivers lubricant directly to the friction point between tool and workpiece \u2013 as original equipment or for retrofitting.<\/p>\n<p>The pneumatically driven piston pump works with an integrated frequency generator and spring return. Delivery and air quantity are infinitely adjustable, delivery via a tool-free adjusting screw. As standard, control is via toggle lever valve and compressed air connection, optionally via solenoid valve (24 V DC, alternatively 230 V AC), roller lever valve or foot pedal.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery is 0.12\u201339.00 mm\u00b3 per stroke at 5\u2013100 strokes\/min, for lubricants up to 600 cSt and with a droplet size of approx. 15\u201335 \u00b5m. The reservoir holds 0.5 l, compressed air may be max. 6 bar. The system measures 161 \u00d7 165 \u00d7 300 mm, weighs max. 3 kg empty and is designed for an operating temperature of 0\u201340 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>The DYNACUT KSM-SD is supplied with operating manual.
