It bends mild steel up to 2.0 mm and stainless steel up to 1.25 mm over a bending length of 3048 mm in a range of 0 \u2013 135\u00b0. The machine has no motor, the bend is made by raising the bending leaf by hand.<\/p>\n<p>The clamping leaf carries 26 removable fingers (6 \u00d7 76 \/ 4 \u00d7 102 \/ 10 \u00d7 127 \/ 6 \u00d7 152 mm). Together with a box depth of 152 mm this allows pans, boxes, channels, angles and other closed shapes to be formed. The minimum material thickness is 0.607 mm.<\/p>\n<p>An adjustable counterweight assists in raising the bending leaf and is balanced to the material thickness. The clamping leaf with the fingers holds the material in position during bending. An adjustable stop gauge allows repeat bends. The machine stands on two welded steel supports.
