It is used to press bearings, bushings and pins in and out and for straightening and bending heavy components.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum capacity is 89 t at a hydraulic system pressure of 63.7 MPa. The cylinder has a stroke of 300 mm and covers a working width of 787 mm, the working range is 93 to 933 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Two air motors extend the piston rapidly without load, under load one motor continues at slow speed. Alternatively, the two-stage hand pump is used: low pressure for fast and high pressure for slow movement. A three-position selector valve controls extending, holding and retracting.
