It works purely mechanically via a hand lever with an 800 mm handle and has no motor.<\/p>\n<p>Sheet and flat bar are cut up to 4.7 mm thick, round bar up to \u00d8 6 mm in a separate cutter opening. Reference material is mild steel with a tensile strength of 441 N\/mm\u00b2. An adjustable hold-down pad secures the workpiece during the cut.<\/p>\n<p>The lower blade has four cutting edges and can be rotated. The base footprint is 89 \u00d7 464 mm, the shear is bolted to a sturdy workbench.
