The 400 V three-phase motor runs in two stages at 0.59 and 1.1 kW and drives the 2455 \u00d7 27 \u00d7 0.9 mm blade through a 40:1 gearbox, giving blade speeds of 36 and 72 m\/min.<\/p>\n<p>At 0\u00b0 the machine cuts round \u00d8 220 mm, square 215 mm and rectangular 260 \u00d7 105 mm. For mitre cuts the saw arm swivels up to 60\u00b0 to the right and up to 45\u00b0 to the left. The descent rate of the saw arm is set with a hydraulic flow control valve and can therefore be adapted to thin-walled profiles or solid stock.<\/p>\n<p>The vise opens to 260 mm. A 50 W coolant pump supplies the cutting zone, with tank and pump housed in the base. An emergency stop button switches off all functions. The working height is 847 mm and the net weight 280 kg.
