A 1.5 kW motor drives the 27 \u00d7 0.9 \u00d7 3160 mm blade over 380 mm band wheels, and the cutting speed is set steplessly between 20 and 85 m\/min and shown on a display.<\/p>\n<p>At 90\u00b0 the machine cuts round \u00d8 270 mm, square 260 mm and rectangular 350 \u00d7 220 mm. The saw arm swivels for mitre cuts up to 60\u00b0 to the right and 45\u00b0 to the left. The saw frame is lowered by a hydraulic cylinder with flow control valve, so the feed can be adapted to the material and profile. In addition to manual operation, an automatic cutting cycle is started with its own button.<\/p>\n<p>The vise with 360 mm opening is clamped and released quickly by lever, which makes reloading parts of the same size easier. The base houses the coolant tank and pump and carries the bar stop and support roller. The working height is 900 mm and the net weight 360 kg.
