Overview
The JET JSG-233A-M is a compact belt and disc sander for workshops, model making, hobby use and schools. It is intended for sanding wood and similar materials and is suitable for edges, end grain, angles and small workpieces. Wet sanding is not intended.
The 230 V motor with 0.37 kW drives the sanding disc (200 mm, 1850 rpm) and the sanding belt (100 × 915 mm, 8 m/s). The sanding arm swivels from 0° – 90°, so the belt can be used horizontally or vertically. The disc paper is changed via hook-and-loop fastening.
The sanding table (225 × 115 mm) tilts from 90° – 45°, and with the mitre gauge compound mitres can also be sanded. Weighing approx. 26 kg, the machine fits on any workbench. Supplied with sanding disc with disc paper, sanding belt, sanding table, mitre gauge, belt guard and disc guard.
