Payment, dispatch and delivery

Delivery times from our own warehouse

For available items from our own warehouse, the following delivery periods apply instead: 3–5 days within Germany and 7–10 days to other European delivery destinations. Delivery times to other countries are longer and depend on the destination. The period starts after conclusion of the contract or, for agreed prepayment, after your payment instruction. Specific product delivery periods and individually agreed delivery periods remain authoritative.

Switzerland – freight and parcel delivery

Switzerland: freight charges are based on the total weight of the machines, including the quantities ordered. Up to and including 100 kg: EUR 175.00 net; over 100 up to and including 250 kg: EUR 290.00 net; over 250 up to and including 500 kg: EUR 395.00 net; over 500 kg: EUR 590.00 net. For orders containing a freight machine, accompanying parcel items are included in the machine freight charge; no additional parcel delivery charge applies. The 25 kg limit, including one 0.5 kg packaging allowance, applies only to parcel goods. Machine orders and mixed orders containing machines have no order-value limit and no additional export-declaration surcharge. Parcel-only orders: from EUR 950.00 net goods value after discounts, excluding shipping, one EUR 25.00 export-declaration charge applies. Missing or unreliable weights require an individual enquiry. German VAT is not charged; import VAT, customs duties and other import charges are borne by the recipient.

Netherlands – freight delivery (DAP)

Netherlands – freight delivery, delivery term DAP: Shipping charges depend on the total weight of the machines shipped by freight carrier. Up to and including 100 kg: EUR 55.00 net (EUR 65.45 gross); over 100 up to and including 250 kg: EUR 126.00 net (EUR 149.94 gross); over 250 up to and including 500 kg: EUR 190.00 net (EUR 226.10 gross); over 500 kg: EUR 253.00 net (EUR 301.07 gross). Gross amounts include 19% VAT. Orders containing a freight machine include accompanying parcel items at no additional delivery charge. From a net goods value of EUR 2,500.00 after discounts, delivery of such a machine order is entirely free. Parcel-only orders remain subject to parcel charges. Parcel goods use the same weight-based tariff as Austria, including a single 0.5 kg packaging allowance and a maximum chargeable weight of 28 kg. For mixed orders, this parcel weight limit applies only to the parcel goods. Missing weights or weights that cannot be reliably calculated require an individual enquiry.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey and Tunisia

The existing parcel terms remain: direct orders up to and including EUR 950.00 total including shipping. Rates use goods weight without an additional packaging allowance. Bosnia and Herzegovina: maximum 17 kg; Turkey and Tunisia: maximum 25 kg. Machines and higher values or weights require an enquiry. Delivery DAP; import charges are payable by the recipient.

Bosnia and Herzegovina – up to 2/5/8/10/15/17 kg: EUR 29.95/34.95/39.95/44.95/49.95/59.95. Turkey and Tunisia – up to 2/5/8/10/15/20/25 kg: EUR 39.95/44.95/54.95/59.95/74.95/84.95/99.95.

International parcel delivery

The country prices and weight limits below apply to the 132 listed destinations. Chargeable weight is the goods weight plus one 0.5 kg packaging allowance. For DHL, a single EUR 25.00 export-declaration charge applies from a net goods value of EUR 950.00 after discounts; shipping charges do not count towards this threshold. Monaco is exempt. Swiss machine orders and mixed orders containing machines do not incur this surcharge.

The table shows final prices in EUR. Exports are supplied without German VAT. Delivery term DAP: import VAT, customs duties and any import-clearance fees are payable by the recipient. Monaco is treated like France; prices there include 19% VAT unless a verified exemption applies.

The maximum chargeable weight for direct orders is 25 kg, 20 kg or 10 kg, depending on the destination. “On request” means that an individual quotation is required before ordering. GLS is quoted individually; a single EUR 25.00 export-declaration charge applies where applicable. The 2 kg price includes the EUR 4.00 surcharge. The underlying DHL 2 kg tariff requires a package no larger than 60 × 30 × 15 cm; packaging is checked before dispatch. For Australia, maximum length is 105 cm and maximum girth is 200 cm.

Weight bands include their upper limit: over 2 to 5 kg, over 5 to 10 kg, over 10 to 20 kg and over 20 to 25 kg. Country-specific enquiry limits apply. Existing British minimum-value and VAT rules also remain applicable.
