PROMAC 371ELB Bench drilling machine – In use

Overview

The PROMAC 371ELB is designed for drilling work in workshops, trades, maintenance and schools. It is fixed to a rigid, distortion-free workbench or a stand and drills holes up to 20 mm in diameter.

It is driven by a 400 V three-phase motor with an output of 0.75 kW. Stepped pulleys provide 12 speeds from 290 to 2300 rpm, so the speed can be matched to the material and drill diameter. The MT2 spindle has a stroke of 85 mm and the throat depth is 178 mm.

The 80 mm column and the machine head made of aged grey cast iron give the machine the required rigidity. The 267 × 267 mm table with 14 mm T-slots swivels through 360°, and the spindle is fed directly by hand. The machine is supplied with an operating manual.
