Overview
The Baileigh BB-5016F-DS is a manually operated box and pan brake for sheet metal work in workshops, trades, metal fabrication and training. It bends mild steel up to 1.52 mm and stainless steel up to 0.91 mm over a bending length of 1270 mm in a range of 0 – 135°. The machine has no motor, the bend is made by raising the bending leaf by hand.
The clamping leaf carries 12 removable fingers. Together with a box depth of 63.5 mm this allows pans, boxes, channels, angles and other closed shapes to be formed.
The clamping leaf is closed and opened with a foot pedal (lift up to 47 mm), leaving both hands free for the workpiece and bending leaf. Left and right support extensions are supplied. Shipping weight is 454 kg.
Delivery includes the machine with left and right support extensions, Allen wrench and mounting bolts and the operating manual.
