Overview
The Baileigh BR-18E-36 is a bead roller with an electric motor (0.09 kW) for rolling beads, flanges and decorative profiles into sheet metal. It is used in vehicle bodywork and sheet metal fabrication and handles mild steel up to 1.52 mm. The power drive keeps the rolls turning evenly, leaving both hands free to guide the workpiece.
The throat depth of 914 mm determines how far from the edge of the sheet the machine can work. The cast iron and steel frame keeps deflection low during forming, so the bead remains even over its full length.
Spoiler rolls and the operating manual are included. Die sets for wiring, edging, ogee bead, single bead and elbow edging are available as options. Net weight is 78 kg.
