The Tool France TFAS-355 is an abrasive cut-off saw for metal with a 2.2 kW motor and a 350 mm cut-off wheel. It cuts round stock up to Ø 120 mm at 0° and allows mitres from 45° left to 30° right.

Overview
The Tool France TFAS-355 is intended exclusively for cutting metal and is suitable for tubes, profiles and solid stock in workshops, metal fabrication and on site. The 230 V motor with 2.2 kW drives the 350 × 3 × 25.4 mm abrasive cut-off wheel at 3400 rpm.
At 0° the cutting capacity is round Ø 120 mm, square 105 mm and rectangular 125 × 105 mm. For angled cuts the rear vise jaw is set to 45° left, 30° right or any angle in between, and the front jaw aligns itself with the material. The vise with 240 mm opening has a quick-clamping function and is tightened with the crank.
A depth stop limits the downward stroke of the cutting head. For transport the head is locked in the lower position with a locking pin. At 20 kg the machine is easy to move. It is supplied with a cut-off wheel, operating manual and spare parts list.

Product safety – TOOL FRANCE TFAS-355 Abrasive Cut-off Saw. Use only for its intended purpose and within the limits specified in the original operating instructions. Operation is restricted to trained adults. Before each use, inspect the machine, guards, controls and power connection; do not operate damaged or incomplete equipment. Ensure stable installation, a clear and well-lit work area and the power supply stated on the rating plate. Before adjustment, cleaning or maintenance, switch off, disconnect the machine from the power supply and wait until all movement has stopped. Wear close-fitting clothing and suitable eye and hearing protection; remove jewellery and secure long hair. Never remove or bypass guards. Clamp the workpiece securely, observe the permitted disc speed and keep hands clear of the cutting line. Do not cut magnesium and keep sparks away from combustible materials.
