Overview
The Tool France TFD-20C is a floor drill press for workshops, trades, maintenance and schools. The 230 V motor with 0.6 kW drives the ball-bearing spindle via V-belts, with 12 speeds from 180 to 2740 rpm. Drilling capacity is max. 20 mm, the spindle taper is MT2 and the stroke 80 mm.
The cast steel column measures Ø 80 mm. The table is height-adjusted by rack and pinion and tilts up to 45°. The ON/OFF switch has a no-voltage release, and an emergency stop button is fitted. The pulley cover has a safety microswitch and the chuck guard is interlocked.
Supplied are a keyless chuck 1 – 16 mm (B18), chuck arbor, drift key, machine vice with set of clamps and service keys. The machine measures 650 × 340 × 1600 mm and weighs 60 kg.

Remove chuck keys before starting, keep hands away from the spindle and tool, and remove swarf only after the machine has stopped using a suitable tool.
