Overview
The Tool France TFS-180DV is intended for sawing steel and steel tubes in workshops, metal fabrication and training. A 230 V motor with 0.5 kW drives the 20 × 0.9 × 2085 mm blade, and the blade speed is set steplessly between 20 and 80 m/min, shown on a digital display, to suit the material and cross-section.
At 0° the saw cuts round Ø 180 mm and square 180 × 180 mm, at 45° round Ø 115 mm and at 60° round Ø 70 mm. The saw bow is lowered with assistance or by hand and is released from the front. The start button is in the handle, and the motor stops when it is released. The main body is a one-piece casting with CNC machining.
A full blade cover and a coolant collection system keep the work area clean, and the chip tray under the work table prevents coolant leakage. The work table is at 950 mm. The net weight is 180 kg, and the operating manual is included.

Product safety – TOOL FRANCE TFS-180DV Metal Band Saw. Use only for its intended purpose and within the limits specified in the original operating instructions. Operation is restricted to trained adults. Before each use, inspect the machine, guards, controls and power connection; do not operate damaged or incomplete equipment. Ensure stable installation, a clear and well-lit work area and the power supply stated on the rating plate. Before adjustment, cleaning or maintenance, switch off, disconnect the machine from the power supply and wait until all movement has stopped. Wear close-fitting clothing and suitable eye and hearing protection; remove jewellery and secure long hair. Never remove or bypass guards. Clamp the workpiece securely, set the blade guides close to the workpiece and keep hands clear of the cutting line. Remove offcuts and swarf only after the blade has stopped. Do not cut magnesium.
