Product safety

• Use only as intended in a suitable machine and for the specified materials. Follow the machine, tool and packaging instructions.
• Before every use, inspect the tool for cracks, chipping, deformation, corrosion or other damage. Do not use damaged or blunt tools.
• Clamp the workpiece securely. Wear safety glasses or a face shield and hearing protection where required; extract dust and chips.
• Do not wear gloves, loose clothing or jewellery, and secure long hair near rotating parts. Keep hands away from the tool.
• Switch off and isolate the machine against restart before tool changes, cleaning, adjustment or inspection, and wait for a complete stop.
• Select speed, feed, cooling and maximum permitted speed according to the machine, material and the marking on the label or packaging.
• Cutting edges and chips may be sharp and hot after machining. Allow them to cool and handle safely.
• Use only with a matching, undamaged arbor and pilot drill. Fully secure all threads and locking mechanisms.
• Start at low speed, allow for kickback and high torque, and control the machine with both hands or in a drill stand. Remove the core only at a complete stop.
• Traceability is provided by article number TP_BO-100224 and any batch marking on the label or packaging.
