Overview
The PROMAC BX-834V is designed for drilling and tapping metal in workshops, trade businesses, maintenance and production. It drills up to Ø 32 mm and taps threads in the range M4 – M20. The throat is 230 mm and the quill stroke 140 mm.
The motor rated at 1.5 kW runs on 400 V, 3 Ph via a frequency inverter with braking resistor and provides variable speed of 80 – 2500 rpm, shown on a digital display. For tapping, the direction of rotation is reversed via the feed handle. The spindle has an MT3 taper.
The table measuring 320 × 480 mm and the base measuring 660 × 465 mm each have two T-slots, and the column measures Ø 102 mm. The table can be turned by 180° and has an integrated vice. A coolant system with a 0.1 kW, 400 V, 3 Ph pump is built in. The overall height is 1810 mm and the net weight 295 kg. The machine is supplied with operating manual and spare parts list.
