Overview
The Baileigh TN-200M is a hand-operated pipe notcher for metal fabrication, railing construction and installation work. It notches 1-1/2 and 2 in pipe (DN 40 and DN 50) with a wall thickness of up to 4 mm. The machine has no motor, the cut is made with a hand lever.
The cutter works on the nibbler principle: the pipe end is inserted into the matching hole until it contacts the stop, and the handle is pulled down. Difficult areas such as weld seams are cut in two or more passes. When mounted vertically, the slugs fall out of the holes.
The TN-200M is mounted on a workbench, a column or a post, either horizontally or vertically. Four bolts with nuts and flat washers are supplied for mounting. Shipping weight is 16 kg.
