Overview
The Tool France TFD-30TE is a floor drill press for workshops, metal fabrication, maintenance and training. The 400 V three-phase motor with 0.75 kW drives the spindle via stepped pulleys and belts, with 18 speeds covering 105 to 2650 rpm. Drilling capacity in steel is 31.75 mm.
The MT3 spindle with 62 mm quill diameter has a 125 mm stroke, and the feed is applied manually directly via the quill. The head of solid grey cast iron and the large Ø 92 mm column provide rigidity and accuracy. The 390 × 290 mm table has 12 mm T-slots.
A 0.1 kW coolant pump is built in. The 3G 1.25 mm² supply cable is delivered without a plug, and the site must provide a fuse of at least 10 A. The machine measures 1745 × 450 × 750 mm (H × W × D) and weighs 216 kg. The operating manual is included.
