The Tool France TFDG-0332 is a drill grinder for HSS twist drills from Ø 3 – 26 mm, Ø 2.1 – 32 mm with accessories. Point angle, lip relief and point splitting are ground at separate stations.

Overview
The Tool France TFDG-0332 is used for regrinding twist drills in workshops, maintenance and production. A 230 V DC motor with 0.25 kW drives the CBN diamond grinding wheel for HSS at 4400 rpm, and an SDC diamond wheel for carbide drills is available as an option.
The standard grinding range is Ø 3 to 26 mm, extended to Ø 2.1 to 32 mm with additional collets. Two collet chucks with their own alignment stations cover small and large diameters, with 11 ER20 collets for Ø 3 – 13 mm and 13 ER40 collets for Ø 14 – 26 mm. The point angle can be set from 95° to 135° or 85° to 140°.
After the drill has been aligned in the chuck, point angle, lip relief angle and point splitting are ground at separate holders. A drawer stores the collets, and a handle makes the machine easy to move. The machine measures 355 × 215 × 300 mm and weighs approx. 34 kg. It is supplied with an operating manual.
