Overview
The Baileigh AP-5 is an arbor press for workshops, maintenance and training. It is used to press bearings, bushings and pins in and out and for straightening and assembly work. The press has no motor: the ram is raised and lowered by the handle and a gear.
The maximum capacity is 5 t. The ram measures 50 × 50 mm, the throat depth is 226 mm and the maximum material height is 400 mm. The ram travels 216 mm per revolution.
The ram guide is set at the factory and can be adapted to the application with a bolt and nut. The press is designed for mounting on a suitably reinforced workbench. Shipping weight is 166 kg.
