Crushing, entanglement and cutting hazards. Incorrect compatibility, incomplete roll sets or exceeded material capacities can damage the workpiece, tooling and machine and cause injury.
Use only on the expressly compatible Baileigh bead rollers and within the documented material capacity. Switch off, isolate the energy supply and wait for a complete stop before fitting or changing the roll set. Install the complete set in alignment and secure it correctly. Wear protective gloves when handling heavy or sharp-edged rolls and eye protection during operation.
