Overview
The Baileigh TN-250 is a hole saw tube and pipe notcher for producing accurate fit-ups on tube in metal fabrication, frame and railing construction before welding. It handles tube from 12.7 – 63.5 mm OD. The angle is infinitely adjustable and notches over 75° are possible.
The machine is of solid steel construction with Grade 8 bolts throughout. A 6-jaw radial vise operated by a three-spoke hand wheel holds the tube securely. The hardened 31.75 mm drive shaft has replaceable tips, and a slotted carriage allows offset notches without shims.
The TN-250 is driven by a hand drill with a 13 mm chuck at approx. 250 rpm. It is clamped in a bench vise or bolted to the side of a workbench. Supplied with hand wheel, pivot block with angle indicator, retaining plate and operating manual.
