Product safety

• Use only as intended on a suitable bandsaw and for the specified materials. Follow the machine instructions, permitted blade dimensions and cutting speed.
• Sharp teeth – risk of cuts. Wear cut-resistant gloves and eye/face protection when unpacking, uncoiling, fitting, removing and disposing of the blade. Tensioned or coiled blades may spring open.
• Switch off and isolate the machine against restart before fitting, cleaning, adjustment or inspection, and wait for a complete stop.
• Before every use, inspect the blade, weld and teeth for cracks, deformation, corrosion or other damage. Do not use a damaged blade.
• Set blade direction, guides, tension and guards in accordance with the machine instructions. Never operate without effective guards.
• Guide or clamp the workpiece securely and keep hands away from the moving blade. Do not apply side loads or cut unsuitable materials.
• Allow the blade to cool before touching it; store it dry and protected from corrosion. Secure coiled blades against springing open and keep away from children and untrained persons.
• Traceability is provided by article number TP_SB-100124 and any batch marking on the label or packaging. Follow all packaging and label instructions.
