Overview
Manually operated Venturi system for finely adjustable mist lubrication on machine tools. Air and lubricant flow are adjusted by needle valves.
Scope of delivery: 1 unit in the version stated in the model designation. Lubricant is not included. Delivery time approx. 6 working days.
Safety
- Use only as intended on machine tools and only by instructed personnel.
- Before installation, cleaning, refilling or maintenance, disconnect compressed air and fully depressurise the system; also isolate electrical versions from the power supply.
- Use only lubricants suitable for minimum-quantity lubrication and follow the safety data sheet. Do not use flammable, explosive or incompatible substances.
- Never point the nozzle at people. Check hoses, connections, valves and mountings for secure fit and damage before commissioning.

- Compressed air and escaping lubricant can cause eye, skin and injection injuries; damaged lines may release suddenly.
- Do not inhale aerosols or oil mist. Mineral-oil aerosols may be harmful; provide effective extraction or adequate ventilation.
- Lubricant mist may be flammable. Exclude ignition sources, open flames, sparks and smoking from the work area.
- Rotating tools, moving machine parts and chips create additional crushing, cutting and entanglement hazards; machine guards must remain effective.
- In the event of leakage, unusual pressure loss, damaged lines, malfunction or unintended discharge, stop the system immediately.
- Reservoir and lines may remain pressurised after the system has been switched off.
- Incorrect supply voltage, moisture or damaged wiring can cause electric shock, short circuit, fire or unintended actuation.
- Before commissioning, follow the manufacturer information supplied for the product and machine and the lubricant safety data sheet in full.
- Before installation, cleaning, filling, nozzle changes, troubleshooting or maintenance, shut off compressed air, fully depressurise and secure against restart; the pressure gauge must read zero before opening.
- Before every use, inspect reservoir, hoses, connectors, valves, nozzle and mountings for secure seating, wear, kinks, leakage and damage.
- Secure and aim the nozzle so that no person can be struck and no collision with tool, workpiece, clamping device or guard is possible.
- Fill only clean, suitable lubricant; observe labelling, miscibility and the safety data sheet. Collect spills immediately.
- Use the personal protective equipment required by the machining process and lubricant safety data sheet, including suitable eye and skin protection.
- After intervention, test tightness and secure seating at low pressure before bringing the system to operating pressure in a controlled manner.
- Check fill level, pressure setting and spray pattern regularly; never open the reservoir while pressurised.
- Electrical connection may be made only by a qualified electrician using the specified ratings; isolate, lock out and verify absence of voltage before work.
- Use exclusively for external minimum-quantity lubrication of suitable machining and forming processes on machine tools.
- Operate only with lubricants suitable for minimum-quantity lubrication and within the technical limits specified for the particular DYNACUT product.
- Installation, adjustment, operation and maintenance may be performed only by instructed or qualified personnel.
- Before installation, verify product designation, version, connection data and compatibility with the intended machine and DYNACUT system.
- Mount the complete system securely and operate it only with the intended compressed-air, reservoir and nozzle components.
- Do not point at persons or animals and do not use for body care, room treatment, food applications or breathing air.
- Do not fill or convey hazardous or incompatible media, especially petrol, nitro thinner, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons or solutions containing more than 30% alcohol.
- Do not operate in explosive atmospheres or near open flames, sparks, glowing materials or hot surfaces.
- Never exceed the permitted pressure, electrical ratings or media compatibility and never bypass safety devices.
- Do not make unauthorised modifications or use untested spare parts or unapproved combinations.
- Collect lubricant residues, cleaning fluids and contaminated absorbents and dispose of them in accordance with the safety data sheet and local rules; do not release them into drains, soil or water.
- Fully depressurise the product before dismantling or disposal and secure residual media in a suitable labelled container.
- Separate metal, plastic and packaging components for recycling where permitted.
- Dispose of electrical or electronic components separately from household waste through the designated collection system.
