Overview
The JET DC-1100CK-T is a mobile dust collector for joinery shops, workshops and schools. It is intended for extracting wood chips and wood dust from sawing, planing, shaping and sanding machines. Extracting liquids or pieces of metal, glass or stone is not permitted.
The 400 V induction motor with 1.1 kW is suitable for continuous operation and produces a suction volume of 1620 m³/h (Ø 150) / 1150 m³/h (Ø 100) at 1700 Pa vacuum. The Ø 150 mm inlet is split into 2 × Ø 100 mm by a Y-connector, so two machines can be connected.
The Vortex Cone separates the chips into the collection bag, and only air and fine particles reach the filter area. The chip volume is compacted, so the bag needs emptying less often. The filter cartridge made of BIA-C filter material (dust class M) achieves a filter efficiency of 99 % at 2 micron and is also suitable for fine dust. Supplied with filter cartridge, mobile base, cone with holder, Y-connector and five collection bags with 200 l.
