Overview
The JET JWDS-1632OSC-M combines the proven open-ended JWDS-1632 platform with a separately driven, selectable drum oscillation system. Its precision aluminium drum, infinitely variable feed and Sandsmart load control support consistent material removal. The drum can be used in fixed or oscillating mode; oscillation helps reduce visible scratch patterns and distributes abrasive wear more evenly.

Application
Dry sanding and calibration sanding of wood and wood-like materials, using either fixed-drum or oscillating-drum mode.
Safety information
Use only for dry sanding of wood and wood-like materials. Disconnect the machine before setup, cleaning or maintenance. Keep the drum cover closed during operation and keep hands away from the drum, pressure rollers and conveyor. Use dust extraction rated at least 560 m³/h together with eye, hearing and respiratory protection. When changing from oscillating to fixed mode, allow the drum to centre before switching oscillation off. Connect to a 230 V supply protected at 16 A in accordance with local regulations.
Scope of delivery
- Machine with conveyor table, open stand with shelf and levelling feet, elevation handwheel, installed 80-grit abrasive, installed conveyor belt, operating manual and warranty card.
Not included
- Dust extractor, 100 mm extraction hose and hose clamp, and optional infeed/outfeed tables.
