ER20 collets guide the drill accurately for repeatable sharpening of the cutting edges. The standard CBN wheel is intended for HSS, while an optional diamond wheel is available for carbide drills.

Ensure stable installation, a clear and well-lit work area and the power supply stated on the rating plate. Before adjustment, cleaning or maintenance, switch off, disconnect the machine from the power supply and wait until all movement has stopped. Wear close-fitting clothing and suitable eye and hearing protection; remove jewellery and secure long hair. Never remove or bypass guards. Secure the drill correctly in the specified collet and inspect the grinding wheel before each use. Keep covers closed and avoid inhaling grinding dust.
