Overview
The Tool France TFGB-200-T combines a bench grinder with a belt sander and is suited to sharpening, deburring and grinding metal parts in workshops, trades and maintenance. The 400 V three-phase motor with 0.55 kW drives the 200 × 25 × 20 mm grinding wheel at 2850 rpm on one side and the sanding arm with 100 × 1000 mm belt at 16 m/s on the other.
The belt runs over a 100 × 106 mm rubber contact wheel and offers a sanding surface of 105 × 250 mm. The belt table is adjustable between 45° and 90°, and belt tracking is set with an alignment knob. The wheel side has a plexiglass eye shield with spark guard and a tool rest, and an extraction port is provided.
The machine is supplied with sanding arm, K100 sanding belt, belt guard, rubber contact wheel, eye shield, tool rest, work table with adjusting block plus spanners and fixings. It measures 500 × 280 × 630 mm, weighs 27 kg and can be mounted on an optional stand.

Operation is restricted to trained adults. Before each use, inspect the machine, guards, controls and power connection; do not operate damaged or incomplete equipment. Ensure stable installation, a clear and well-lit work area and the power supply stated on the rating plate. Before adjustment, cleaning or maintenance, switch off, disconnect the machine from the power supply and wait until all movement has stopped. Wear close-fitting clothing and suitable eye and hearing protection; remove jewellery and secure long hair. Never remove or bypass guards. Check abrasive condition and tracking before use. Guide the workpiece securely on the support, keep hands clear of rollers and the grinding area, and use effective dust extraction.
