Overview

The Tool France TFP-75-605 is a stationary belt grinder for grinding, deburring and dressing metal parts in workshops, metal fabrication and production. The three-phase motor for 3 × 400 – 440 V delivers 4.1 / 4.8 HP (approx. 3.0 / 3.5 kW) at 2860 rpm and drives the 75 × 2000 mm belt at 30 / 34 m/s.

Grinding is done either on the Ø 200 × 75 mm contact wheel or, after opening the cover, on the flat free section of the belt. Belt tension is released with a release handle, and belt tracking is adjusted with a knob. The tool rest is adjustable, and an eye shield and spark arrester are fitted.

The machine is anchored to the floor, and the working height can be set between 780 and 1070 mm. It is available in a version without and a version with dust extraction (0.5 HP fan motor) and weighs 60 or 80 kg. Emergency stop and thermal relay are fitted, and a brake module is available as an option. A 75 × 2000 mm sanding belt in grit 80 and the operating manual are included.
