The Tool France TFS-125V is a light, portable metal band saw with 230 V motor and variable blade speed of 23 – 75 m/min. It cuts round stock up to Ø 125 mm at 0°.

Overview
The Tool France TFS-125V is a compact band saw for cutting metal profiles, tubes and solid stock in workshops, on site and in training. The 230 V motor with 0.3 kW is protected by a thermal circuit breaker, and the blade speed is controlled electronically and steplessly between 23 and 75 m/min. At 23 kg the saw is easy to carry.
At 0° it cuts round Ø 125 mm, square 125 mm and rectangular 127 × 125 mm. The cast aluminium bow swivels for mitre cuts up to 45° and 60° to the right, with round Ø 50 mm remaining at 60°. Feed is by hand, and the saw is switched on via a trigger handle. The 1435 × 13 × 0.6 mm blade runs in ball-bearing guides, and the blade tension is set by hand.
The vise opens to 130 mm. The saw is supplied with a blade, a cutting stop and an operating manual. A stand is available as an accessory.

Product safety – TOOL FRANCE TFS-125V Portable Metal Band Saw. Use only for its intended purpose and within the limits specified in the original operating instructions. Operation is restricted to trained adults. Before each use, inspect the machine, guards, controls and power connection; do not operate damaged or incomplete equipment. Ensure stable installation, a clear and well-lit work area and the power supply stated on the rating plate. Before adjustment, cleaning or maintenance, switch off, disconnect the machine from the power supply and wait until all movement has stopped. Wear close-fitting clothing and suitable eye and hearing protection; remove jewellery and secure long hair. Never remove or bypass guards. Clamp the workpiece securely, set the blade guides close to the workpiece and keep hands clear of the cutting line. Remove offcuts and swarf only after the blade has stopped. Do not cut magnesium.
