TOOL FRANCE TFS-270DGVI Variable-speed Metal Band Saw

The Tool France TFS-270DGVI is designed for sawing machinable metals and plastics in workshops, metal fabrication and production. A 1.5 kW motor drives the 27 × 0.9 × 3160 mm blade over 380 mm band wheels, and the cutting speed is set steplessly between 20 and 85 m/min and shown on a display.

At 90° the machine cuts round Ø 270 mm, square 260 mm and rectangular 350 × 220 mm. The saw arm swivels for mitre cuts up to 60° to the right and 45° to the left. The saw frame is lowered by a hydraulic cylinder with flow control valve, so the feed can be adapted to the material and profile. In addition to manual operation, an automatic cutting cycle is started with its own button.

The vise with 360 mm opening is clamped and released quickly by lever, which makes reloading parts of the same size easier. The base houses the coolant tank and pump and carries the bar stop and support roller. The working height is 900 mm and the net weight 360 kg. The saw is supplied with a sheet steel base, a bi-metal blade, service keys and the operating manual.
