Baileigh R-M10 manual roll bender

The Baileigh R-M10 rolls steel tube, pipe and profiles into arcs, rings and radii and is used in metal fabrication, railing construction and workshops. The machine is hand-operated, both the roll drive and roll adjustment are manual with no motor.

Capacities are based on mild steel with a tensile strength of 414 N/mm²: Sch. 40 pipe up to 25.4 mm, round tube up to Ø 31.75 × 2 mm, round bar up to Ø 22 mm, flat bar the easy way up to 50 × 9.9 mm and the hard way up to 29.9 × 9.9 mm as well as angle up to 31.75 × 4 mm. A minimum bending diameter applies to each profile. The rolls are mounted on 30 mm shafts, the centre distance of the shafts is 170 mm (lower rolls Ø 118 mm).

The machine has a single pinch roll. Special rolls and extended shafts are available as options. The operating manual is included. Shipping weight is 197 kg.
