Baileigh R-M40 manual roll bender

The Baileigh R-M40 rolls steel tube, pipe and profiles into arcs, rings and radii and is used in metal and steel fabrication, railing construction and general fabrication shops. A 1.32 kW (1.75 HP) motor drives the rolls at 10.6 – 21.2 rpm, variable. Roll adjustment is manual.

Capacities are based on mild steel with a tensile strength of 414 N/mm²: Sch. 40 pipe up to 38.1 mm, round tube up to Ø 50.8 × 2 mm, round bar up to Ø 35 mm, flat bar the easy way up to 76.2 × 12.7 mm and the hard way up to 57.15 × 9.5 mm as well as angle up to 38.1 × 4 mm. A minimum bending diameter applies to each profile. The rolls are mounted on 30 mm shafts, the centre distance of the lower rolls is 275 mm (upper roll Ø 148 mm, lower rolls Ø 120 mm).

The machine has a single pinch roll. The operating manual is included. Shipping weight is 250 kg.
