The JET JCDC-1.5-M is a cyclone dust collector for wood chips and wood dust. 230 V motor with 1.1 kW, air flow 1527 m³/h with filter, filter efficiency 99 % of 2 micron particles.

Overview
The JET JCDC-1.5-M is a two-stage cyclone dust collector for joinery shops, workshops and schools. It extracts chips and dust from woodworking machines and can be connected to a ducting system. In the cyclone, coarse chips and dust are separated and collected in the drum, so only fine particles reach the filter cartridge.
The 230 V motor with 1.1 kW drives a steel impeller with a diameter of 330 mm. The air flow is 1527 m³/h with filter. The Ø 152 mm inlet is reduced to 2 × Ø 100 mm via adapters. The filter cartridge with 2 m² filter area achieves a filter efficiency of 99 % of 2 micron particles and is cleaned with a hand lever.
The steel collection drum (capacity approx. 75 l) has its own casters and can be pulled out for emptying. A radio remote control is included. Supplied with base with casters, cone, filter cartridge, collection drum, inlet adapter, hose, collection bags and assembly tools.

Product safety – JET JCDC-1.5-M Cyclone dust collector. • Use only for the intended purpose, within the stated limits and in accordance with the complete operating instructions; trained adults only. • Before every use, inspect the machine, mounting, guards, switches, power cord and dust extraction; do not operate a damaged or incomplete machine. • Provide stable installation, a clear and well-lit work area and the power supply specified on the rating plate and in the manual; electrical work must be performed by qualified electricians where required. • Before setup, tool or filter changes, clearing a fault, cleaning or maintenance, switch off, isolate from the power supply, wait for complete standstill and prevent unintentional restart. • Wear close-fitting clothing, remove jewellery and secure long hair; use eye and hearing protection and suitable respiratory protection for dust as required by the manual and risk assessment. • Keep children and unauthorised persons away; never remove, bypass or defeat guards or safety devices. • Extract only wood dust and chips expressly permitted by the manual; never collect sparks, embers, hot material, liquids, metal dust or explosive or hazardous substances. • Fit hoses, filters and collection containers correctly and leak-tight; observe required grounding and antistatic measures and check the fill level regularly. • Never reach into the inlet or impeller; empty or replace containers and filters with suitable protective equipment and only after complete power isolation.
