Overview

The Tool France TFD-32TE is a floor drill press for drilling in metal fabrication, workshops and maintenance. The 400 V three-phase motor with 1.1 kW drives the spindle through 12 speeds from 150 to 2450 rpm. Drilling capacity is Ø 32 mm, the spindle taper is MT4 and the stroke 120 mm.

The distance between spindle and column is 255 mm, and the column measures Ø 92 mm. The 455 × 405 mm table with T14 slots carries up to 60 kg and is fitted with a vice whose jaws measure 52 × 203 mm and open to 162 mm. Table and vice are adjusted with cranks.

Two 1 mW lasers mark the drilling point, and an LED lamp lights the work area. A chuck guard is fitted. The machine is supplied in assemblies: head, base, column, table with vice, LED lamp, arbor, 20 mm chuck, drift key, chuck guard, three feed handles, two cranks plus key and bolts. Overall height 1720 mm, net weight 150 kg.
