The Baileigh HP-160 is a hand-operated sheet metal punch with 159 mm throat depth for holes up to Ø 30 mm in aluminium, copper and mild steel up to 3.5 mm.

Overview
The Baileigh HP-160 is a manual sheet metal punch for workshops, metal fabrication, HVAC and training. It punches round holes in aluminium, copper and mild steel and works without a motor via a long handle.
The throat depth is 159 mm. In mild steel of 0.5 – 1.5 mm hole diameters of 6 – 30 mm are possible, at 2.5 – 3.5 mm still 10 – 17 mm. In aluminium up to 5.0 mm, holes of 2.5 – 19.1 mm can be punched. Material thickness must not exceed the punch diameter.
The punch is held by a pin and can be changed quickly, the die is aligned to the punch with four adjustment bolts. A work stop allows repeatable punching. The machine is bolted to a workbench, table or the floor.
Supplied with the two-piece handle with mounting bolts and the operating manual.
