Overview
The Baileigh CM-10P is a handheld chamfering machine for bevelling and deburring sheet edges, plates and components, for example for weld preparation in metal and steel fabrication, production and maintenance. It can be guided along the workpiece as a portable tool or used stationary with the supplied bench mount.
A 0.75 kW brushless servo motor drives the indexed cutter with variable speed up to 5000 rpm. The chamfer width at 45° is adjustable from 0 to 10 mm, with a maximum depth of 4 mm per pass. The breakaway cord separates from the tool when pulled.
With a shipping weight of 9.3 kg the machine is easy to carry. The bench mount and the operating manual are included.

Install the machine securely and operate it in accordance with the manual. Clamp the workpiece and tool correctly, use all guards and check the work area before starting. Wear eye or face protection, hearing protection and respiratory protection where required. Keep loose clothing, jewellery and long hair away from rotating parts. Switch off, isolate all energy sources and wait for a complete stop before setup, cleaning, fault removal or tool changes.
