Overview
The Baileigh HSP-30A is a hydraulic shop press for automotive and machine shops, maintenance and metal fabrication. It is used to press bearings, bushings and pins in and out and for straightening and bending.
The maximum capacity is 27 t at a hydraulic system pressure of 58.5 MPa. The cylinder has a stroke of 150 mm, moves laterally on the crosshead and covers a working width of 550 mm. The bed frame is set at the required height with pins, the working range is 51 to 1131 mm.
The hydraulic pump is driven by compressed air at 7.5 – 8.5 bar or, without an air supply, with the pump handle. A pressure gauge shows the applied pressure, the load is released via the release valve. The two heel blocks can be used flat side or V-block side up.
Supplied with base angles, brace supports, bed frame with pins, two heel blocks, pressure gauge, pump handle, hardware and the operating manual.
