Baileigh SR-3622M slip roll

The Baileigh SR-3622M is a three-roll slip roll for forming cylinders, pipe sections and radii from sheet metal. It handles mild steel up to 0.76 mm over a working width of 915 mm and is used in sheet metal work, workshops and training. It is driven by a hand crank, the machine has no motor.

The two front rolls sit one above the other and clamp the sheet, the lower roll is set to the material thickness with two knobs. The rear bending roll determines the bending diameter and is adjusted with two screws. The upper roll has a diameter of 50.8 mm, the minimum rolling diameter is 76.2 mm. 3 wire grooves (11.3 / 9.6 / 7.2 mm) are provided for rolling wire into edges.

The machine is delivered almost fully assembled, only the crank handle needs to be fitted before use. The operating manual is included. Shipping weight is 130 kg.
