Overview
The Baileigh HSP-100A is a hydraulic shop press for machine and commercial vehicle workshops, maintenance and metal fabrication. It is used to press bearings, bushings and pins in and out and for straightening and bending heavy components.
The maximum capacity is 89 t at a hydraulic system pressure of 63.7 MPa. The cylinder has a stroke of 300 mm and covers a working width of 787 mm, the working range is 93 to 933 mm.
Two air motors extend the piston rapidly without load, under load one motor continues at slow speed. Alternatively, the two-stage hand pump is used: low pressure for fast and high pressure for slow movement. A three-position selector valve controls extending, holding and retracting. Ram and working bed are each adjusted by crank via worm drives.
Supplied with pump assembly with air foot valve, crank handle, pump handle and selector lever, bases, supports, pins, two heel blocks, hardware and the operating manual.

Crushing, shearing, cutting, punching and entanglement hazards at tooling, rolls and moving machine parts. Handle sharp and heavy workpieces safely. Trained operators only; never exceed rated capacities.
Secure the machine and use it only within the material and capacity limits stated in the manual. Guide or support the workpiece safely. Keep hands clear of bending, pressing, cutting, punching and pinch zones and use suitable handling aids. Wear eye protection, safety footwear and cut-resistant gloves when handling material. Stop the machine and isolate all energy sources before adjustment, tooling changes, cleaning or maintenance.
