Overview
The Baileigh HSP-75A is a hydraulic shop press for machine and commercial vehicle workshops, maintenance and metal fabrication. It is used to press bearings, bushings and pins in and out and for straightening and bending larger components.
The maximum capacity is 68 t at a hydraulic system pressure of 59.9 MPa. The cylinder has a stroke of 250 mm and moves laterally on the crosshead. The bed measures 800 × 279 mm, the working range is 68 to 884 mm.
The pump is driven by an air motor controlled with a foot pedal or manually with the pump handle. It requires 7.5 – 8.5 bar and at least 0.33 m³/min. The bed frame is adjusted with a hand winch and secured with pins, a pressure gauge shows the applied pressure.
Supplied with pump system, hand winch, base angles, brace supports, bed frame with pins, two heel blocks, pressure gauge, pump handle, hardware and the operating manual.
